PhoeniX Rising Rules of Engagement

THESE REGULATIONS ARE IN EFFECT AND ENFORCED. IF YOU CANNOT FOLLOW THESE REGULATIONS, YOU DO NOT BELONG IN PXR. PLEASE DO NOT EVEN SIGN UP, IF YOU CANNOT FOLLOW THESE RULES.


Section 1: NO CHEATING

No PXR Member will use, store, or test cheats*. No Member will associate with cheaters while representing PXR.

No PXR Member will glitch**. All PXR members will actively avoid glitches that they know, find or are informed about.

* Cheat: any alteration of the official game code and associated files or any use of a program that is meant to alter the behavior of the game in a way that either gives an advantage to players using it or gives a disadvantage to players not using it. example: wall-hacks, speed cheats
** Glitch: use of any game behavior that is either undocumented or unintended by the manufacturer in order to increase one's personal performance or decrease the performance of others. Example: glitches in walls.

Section 2: Alliances

PXR does form alliances with other organisations, contact OMEGA for info.

Section 3: Command

PXR uses a Command in the organisation of the clan, relay of orders, and flow of information to achieve success on and off the battlefield.

If a member has an issue or complaint they wish to share, it must to be brought to the Command.

All orders must be followed, whether in combat, training, in daily PXR duty, and including the installation of communications software on the member's PC. Orders are not up for discussion.

Section 4: Participation

PXR accepts all real life needs and commitments. PXR will not put any member into a decision between real life success and PXR.

If a member decides to leave PXR for any reason, the decision will be honored.

Section 5: Promotions, Medals, and Positions

Promotions and medals will be handed out based on the following sorted principles:
a) Dedication
b) Attendance
c) Conduct
d) Teamwork
e) Performance

Leadership Positions will be assigned based on the following sorted principles:
a) Leadership abilities
b) Dedication
c) Teamwork

Section 6: Conduct

PXR members respect each other regardless of their origin, nationality, age, gender, race, religious beliefs or creed.

PXR members respect non-PXR members in the same way as PXR members.

PXR members show dignity, honor and integrity outside of PXR. Any insult towards the member, its clan, another PXR member or PXR as a whole are to be ignored and left uncommented. PXR does not need to defend itself.

Members will respect and uphold their Command as well as the Command leadership will respect and uphold their members.

No PXR member will issue religious or political statements or respond to one of them.

No PXR member will question PXR policies and regulations in public. They will instead use the Private forums to issue their thoughts.

Good sportsmanship is mandatory at all times and in all situations.

Members are representatives of PXR and are perceived as such by other persons and organizations. A member's public conduct, good or bad, will be reflected on the organization as a whole.

Section 7: Allegiance

"Moonlighting" or membership in another organization using the same games or in the case of an MMO the same realm as PXR is not allowed. This includes game series and modifications.

PXR members are not allowed to communicate or compromise, by any means, our strategies, strengths, tactics, or weaknesses, with anyone outside of PXR.
